本人綜合運(yùn)用Ribosome profiling,、Droplet digital PCR和分子生物學(xué),、發(fā)育和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)等一系列技術(shù)手段,,圍繞著人類口腔重要疾病的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)機(jī)制開展了一系列開拓性研究,,分別在口腔顱頜面遺傳性疾病和發(fā)育畸形的分子機(jī)制和治療靶點(diǎn)、核糖體DNA拷貝數(shù)變異決定口腔癌癥化療敏感性,、哺乳動物雷帕霉素靶蛋白mTOR信號通路在腫瘤治療中的作用機(jī)制等方面取得了顯著的成果,。相關(guān)工作發(fā)表在Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A、Cell Reports,、PLoS Genetics,、Human Molecular Genetics、Carcinogenesis,、Free Radical Biology and Medicine,、Laboratory Investigation等重要期刊上。根據(jù)科學(xué)引文索引(SCI-EXPANDED)數(shù)據(jù)庫的最新文獻(xiàn)檢索報告,,至今共發(fā)表SCI研究論文31篇(IF≥6分的論文7篇),,論文影響因子總和為135.33分,累計他引次數(shù)589次,;其中申報人以第一(含并列)作者發(fā)表研究論文13篇(IF≥5分的論文5篇),,累計影響因子52.093分,累計他引次數(shù)313次,,單篇第一作者論文他引次數(shù)最高90次,,H指數(shù)為17。由于本人在口腔疾病研究中獲得的突出成果,,至今在國際學(xué)術(shù)研討會上受邀進(jìn)行會議報告4次,。同時,申報人以獨(dú)立PI身份主持美國Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) Foundation科研基金1項(xiàng),,以項(xiàng)目組第二完成人身份承擔(dān)美國Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) Foundation和March of dimes (MOD) Foundation科研基金2項(xiàng),。

[研究方向]
1.顱頜面部組織發(fā)育畸形與缺損的修復(fù)和重建研究,主要圍繞口腔顱頜面部發(fā)育缺陷的遺傳基礎(chǔ),,以及顱頜面軟組織修復(fù)和再生的細(xì)胞和分子機(jī)制展開研究,。
2.腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展的蛋白翻譯調(diào)控機(jī)理研究,重點(diǎn)圍繞癌癥早期診斷,、腫瘤分化的分子分型,、新型生物標(biāo)志物的發(fā)現(xiàn),,以及重要信號蛋白和小分子代謝產(chǎn)物新功能的闡述和新藥靶分子的功能性驗(yàn)證。
